Mobiles and tablets include 18 months warranty with replacement within the first 7 days for manufacturing defects. TVs, scooters, monitors, vacuum robots, watches, and earbuds include 12 months warranty.
Warranty is void in cases like water damage, physical or broken damage, repair outside IT LOBBY service centers, rooting, or unauthorized software modifications.
No. Service centers currently provide repair and warranty support only for devices purchased through IT LOBBY.
Yes. We provide official original spare parts through authorized service centers whenever available.
Yes. Paid repair services are available after warranty ends or in misuse cases.
